Sometimes general contractors may not have the highest quality control methods – and this is a chance for you to take your own quality control measures. Call us and we will design an inspection package that will meet your needs.

Home Seller Inspection

This inspection is for the home seller who wants to make sure their home is in the best possible condition before they put their home on the market. This inspection is designed to prevent “surprises” at then time a contract for the sale of the home is accepted and inspections performed by the buyer reveal significant issues and concerns. The inspector may also point out items that may not be deficient, but are items that will send red flags up for potential buyers. This inspection report may also be used by the home seller as a marketing tool to make your home more appealing to the suspicious home buyer. Combined with the Move-In-Certified program the sellers home will stand out from all the others. Call 636-278-1849 for more information.

Home Buyer Technical Tour

This service is for buyers who are buying a home inspected by the Kingdom Inspection Network Group prior to the home being placed on the market. The fees are usually reduced from normal whole home inspection fees and offer the chance for the home buyer to walk through the home with the inspector. Depending on how long the home has been on the market since the initial inspection, the inspector will perform various inspections on the home to make sure that everything is still in working order. A full report will be issued to the home buyer.

This service is also available to buyers of a home that had already been inspected for another potential home buyer, but where the sale did not close.

Premium Inspection

The PREMIUM Inspection goes beyond the one-time home inspection by putting a certified Home Inspector beside you throughout various stages of the home-buying process. The PREMIUM Inspection includes a Whole House Inspection, Termite Inspection, and Radon Testing. In addition, your Home Inspector will accompany you or represent you at the final walk-through of the home, and will return to present a Move-In Home Intro (Showing you how various components of your new home operate). Additionally, your inspector will return to your home approximately six months after you move in to do an additional BASIC maintenance inspection.

TECH Inspection

The TECH Inspections are designed for the individual who wants a specialist to evaluate the major components of the home. This is a PREMIUM inspection with a twist. Rather than a typical “general” home inspection, professional licensed contractors are brought in to evaluate the specific component parts of the home. For example a licensed electrician would evaluate the electrical system. Due to the detailed nature of a TECH inspection as well as the higher costs of specialists, prices for TECH inspections vary from home to home.
